Melinda Dolphin Philosophy
First and foremost my goal is to maximize the quality of life for our older citizens. I found a great need in the community to provide a home-like environment for people who were unable to care for themselves but did not desire the setting of a nursing home environment. I developed a passion for caring for people at a very young age and have just under 40 years experience.

Adult Family Home
We are a family-owned and family-run business. The care home is secure with 24-hour door alarms. We also have staff that is on duty 24 hours a day. We installed the door alarms to ensure every resident is safe, secure, protected and unharmed. We take special care of our residents to make them feel at home and a part of our family.
Personally Yours Elder Care LLC is not a medical service; we are a personal care provider. We are designated an Adult Family Home by the state of Wisconsin Department of Health. This designation falls under the Assisted Living title.
